Atlantic and Back

Did 127 miles with Jim Lowell and Shim. It was my first ride over 50 miles so it was a huge eye opener to how much fun I could have on a bike, and my true riding potential. I will have to do this more often!

Real Thrills

You might be the only person that sees that glint of magic in daily life; a sun setting over the urban landscape, a building collapsing into itself, or some place no one else has ever been (or should be). I love telling stories about where I have been or what I saw but having a camera allows me to do a lot less talking. Getting on my bike and riding, not always knowing where I'm going to end up is what really makes my heart beat. This winter I told myself that I would do more to get that rush, to feel alive, and to make sure to never forget how exciting it was.

Doing this makes me feel like I have a life worth living, and enjoying.

Summer Heat

The 100 degree heat is here and it justifies having gears for climbing hills, and chalk for climbing buildings. Colnago Cyclocross frame on the way, along with Sram Force gruppo. Maybe Ill be ready for cross season?

Rig

Its hard to find time to ride it, but its a hell of a bike. I wish it had sliding dropouts instead of the eccentric BB!
